Refund policy

Return claims must be made within: 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be received within: 21 days of delivery.

Refunds

You are eligible for a return and refund if the items purchased are:

  • Faulty
  • Different from a sample shown
  • Wrong size/s

Refunds will be issued, minus a 20% restocking fee. 
Items should be unworn and in their original packaging.

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • Item breaks due to reasons other than manufacturing fault
  • Found the same item cheaper elsewhere

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Earrings (for health / hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Postage will be at the customer's expense. We recommend using registered/traceable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges in most cases, as long as the items are unworn, assessed to be in new condition and in original packaging.

(Please note that our earrings are Non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety.)
