Order Processing Times:

Orders are processed up to 4 days after ordering. Items are usually shipped out twice per week.

Tracking will be sent once items have been dispatched.

Shipping Times:

The estimated delivery times are as follows, please consider this when making an order:

Australian Orders: Up to 7-10 days after ordering
International Orders: Up to 10-21 days after ordering

Because of the nature of the postal network we cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed.

We cannot take responsibility for the rare event that parcels that are lost in transit, as this is out of our control. However please contact us if a parcel is not received, and we will do our best to rectify the situation promptly.
